Reservation Policies

We strive to provide high-quality dental care in the most efficient manner. We have adopted a new reservation policy in order to keep providing you the best care in the safest manner.

• We ask that you fill out your forms prior to your appointment.
• Only patients with an appointment are allowed; 1 guardian will be allowed with minors and persons with disabilities.
• Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household has been sick.
• Cancellation fee of $50 will be enforced if 24-hour notice is not given.
• Due to increased regulations a fee of $10 will be added to your invoice for any treatment appointment to provide for personal protective equipment.
